Very good service, worth the money

The hotels service is very slow and lethargic. Not at all a value for money you pay. Not up to the standards expected. Room looks good but the toilet has no ventilation and even the exhaust had been removed because of which there was a foul smell in the toilet. There was no drinking water provided in the room and even on asking for water the service was very slow. There was no refilling of water after the room cleaning service. Not at all satisfied with the service. The toilet is not maintained.
