We found the Pride Hotel in Bangalore as what they have on the web site. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was the best as it centrally located. I wish I could have booked Pride Hotel in Ahmedabad but due to the forum, they had no vacancy.

Bangalore is a city of technology. In Hotel Pride you see all latest technology incorporate in building rooms. Inside decor is totally wooden finish, brings feeling of richness. All its restaurants are well furnished, quality of food is excellent. People over there, are friendly and make you feel as if you are part of there family.

ItÂ’s a brand new property very well located and good facilities. Great Value for money at current rates. The TV did not work though informed that the cable connection is disrupted due to road repair!!! Rooms well done. Will stay again!!

Hotel is Good, Room was little small than what I anticipated, but its Good enough. Had trouble finding the hotel, because its little inside from the road and Sign was small. The breakfast was not that great. The TV had just 10 Channels, and when asked, they courteously apologized and explained the technical reason (Thats a temporary problem), rest I will recommend this hotel and Great deal from Make My Trip

Great hotel, location, food and service. Clean rooms and restrooms worthy of 4 star rating. But the cable and entertainment sucked. Not very family friendly rooms as washrooms seemed to be made for couple (honeymooners) with no privacy (yeah!). Check with reception first or take a tour of the room first. Really missed kids channels on as they had just 10 air channels available at the time. Not even a good news/finance channel was available. Strongly recommend the buffet and the room service/food was A+ (positive).

The hotel is generally excellent except for a few irritants as follows: The washroom has no hooks to hang the towels or clothes. Secondly the hotel staff is most unhelpful when it comes to transport arrangements. They will not even tell you the numbers of radio taxis operators, stating that they do not know. Can you believe it? So the option is only to use the hotel travel desk at double rates. If you say you do not like to spend so much, they will advise you to take an auto-rickshaw which they will promptly arrange. The auto will take you for a ride, going around in circles, and taking you to places that fleece the tourists. It is obviously certain that the hotel staff is in league with the unscrupulous auto drivers.

Good hotel to stay in. Staff very polite and at your help any time. Food is excellent. If travel again to Bangalore, I would prefer pride. Good value for money hotel in Bangalore with all facilities.

The hotel and the room are very good and clean. Luxurious almost as 5 star. The service staff though is disorganised and not well understand the needs of a guest. They really should improve their staff.

The Pride Bangalore was one of the best hotels we had stayed till date. The service, the ambience, the comfort, the luxury, the etiquettes, everything was just perfect. We would strongly recommend this hotel to business people in our relation.

10 TV channels only, no international channel or movie channel. As German, German TV was missing as well. Taxi price was made fixed and was higher on the hotel bill. Food, especially breakfast is not like 4 star hotel, rather 3 star. Rooms are very nice and clean. There are other hotels in this area with free Internet, here I have to pay 700 INR per 24 hour.

The Hotel is good , but certainly not for families. The bathrooms were stinking ( we had booked two rooms). Although just after booking the rooms we called the hotel to give us the rooms next to each other and assurance from them that they will do so , we did not get the rooms to each other.

The hotel is well-located, new building and has well appointed rooms. The only lacuna is that there are only two restaurants, one coffee shop and Casblanca restaurant. The service in the restaurants needs improvement both in the quality of food served and promptness in service.

There is nothing called house keeping - the systems are made to suit that house keeping does not have to work. One comes back to a filthy room because of some very complicated system of DND which nobody explains you and no information in the room as well. 3 out of 5 rooms I booked were not cleaned at all and we had to sleep in filthy rooms.I was given very dirty torn towel as well. I would keep a barge pole distance from the hotel in future - other areas like food etc. was very good - only house keeping has put me off.

The hotel has no service ideas there are only 9 TV channels and 5 are Doordarshan (DD). The checkout procedure is good but a bell boy refused to put our luggage in vehicle despite being told that checkout was over then also he was more insistent for the same to see the proof. Overall the hotel cannot be recommended as they have to still establish themselves the staff need to be trained.

The services and stay was not upto the standard of a 5 star. Hotel does not have much to offer being as 5 star. Compared to standards of delhi 5 star hotels it can be said 4 star and not 5.
