Good standards throughout, and enjoyed my stay

I stayed overnight in this hotel which has an old world charm and yet offers modern amenities.The staff right from the gatekeeper to the doorman, front desk, house keeping and the restaurant are pleasant, efficcient, helpful but unobtrusively so.The room is comfortable, well equipped with a good view of the sea. The cuisine in the restaurant though limited, was wholesome and tasty. A very pleasant stay.

It was really a very good scenic and relaxing destination. Staying here will definitely bring back memories which you can cherish and will be a food for your mind and soul.

Washroom could have been bigger. Food was awesome & very tasty. Front desk staff were helpful. Special thanks for my birthday cake.

Its nice to stay in hotel. The location was excellent, but room service was poor.

We confirmed our flight timing to the hotel couple of days prior. As we reached the hotel, they upgraded our delux room to luxury but it took them 1 hour to Check us In. They knew we were with an infant but still they had a relaxed attitude. The location of the hotel was excellent but we felt that the staff was not well-trained. We maintained our patience, as the place was just awesome. It was quite relaxing looking at the blue sea from the room, and the private beach was excellent and gardens were maintained quite well. The buffet was not very lavish but was good. The only problem with the buffet was that there were more local people than the guests and the service was not up to the mark. The staff in the restaurant was occupied with so much of work that they were not able to help even after requesting several times. The room AC was not working all night, and when we complained, we came to know that the AC was intentionally switchd off by the hotel staff, thts unusual 4 a 5*

This hotel needs to have a bigger reception area. Though the landscaping and lawns were magnificent, they were let out every night for wedding reception. This was a big inconvinence to the hotel guests as we cannot walk through to the beach at night. One way cab charges arranged by the hotel to the airport was ridiculously high. They charged Rs.800 to travel 20 kms in an Innova. I pay Rs.500 to get from the airport to my home which is about 38 kms away in Hyderabad in Meru cabs.

The hotel infrastructure needs upgrade. Lift gives problem. Room fittings are troublesome. Bathroom fittings need proper fixing. Food smell is all around your room. Quality of food cooked is to be improved. They have everything on the menu but it's not cooked properly. Location is superb. Beach front gives a fantastic look.

Beautiful property with a private beach and several landscaped gardens. Swimming pool, gym are top class. Food is also decent, but surprisingly, for a property on the coast, there was lack of quality fish. Restrooms are good, though little small. Service is friendly and prompt.
