The staff at restaurant and house keeping are very good and make you feel at home, but the front office staff including the Manager found to be ill trained and arrogant. When you are in problem, you cannot expect any help and the standard answer is "not our problem or I don't know". They are of little help when you are in need of some local information.

Excellent place to stay, location of the property is really awesome, away from the traffic of Mall Road. Though distance to Mall Road is just7-10 minutes walking. Food is really good.

Although a little away from the Mall, it ensures a calm environment and the pick-drop service to the Mall (as all other services) more than make up for this distance. The hotel environment is very good and we would want to stay again on our next trip.

The hotel is good at keeping promises and everything mentioned in the itinery was fulfilled. The staff was very courteous and the food was excellent. We were alloted a very good room which is normally not the case if you book online. The hotel had free drops and pick ups to the market, so it was not inconvenient staying high up in the hills away from the market area. Well trained and courteous staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
