Decent hotel with good price. Small property with 7-8 rooms. Local breakfast a bit poor, but for what we pay I can not complain. Very helpful and nice staff. If you want to stay relax and spend not much I would recommend. Near there are other hotel with restaurant and we enjoying nice and cheap food at Thomas place.

Hotel is located at a very scenic location. Restaurant facility for lunch/dinner was not available. They served only bread and boiled eggs for morning snacks. Tea/Coffe was also not good. Thank god there was next door Siena Village resort restaurant where we enjoyed food for all three days stay.

Poor service. Though location is reachable, service offered makes us to think twice before opting for this hotel.

Nice resort in a good location. The view of the mountain in the back is marvelous. Rooms are well furnished , spacious and well maintained. I booked two rooms and we were given one standard room and tree house. The tree house stay was really awesome. Well-appointed rooms and amenities at a height of 60-70 feet. Hot water was also available in the tree house. One added thing which I noticed is that the steps to the tree house are so well constructed that even aged people can climb it quite easily. Regarding room service they have only one main person Mr.Mobin who is the manager, chef and all-in-all. But we din feel any shortage in the room service provided. Dinner and breakfast was really good, thanks to Mobin. The telephone extensions had some problem which they informed will be rectified at the earliest. The lake at Chinnakanal is very near to the place. All in all a very good stay at a very reasonable rate. I am happy to find this property.
