We stayed for just 1 day while returning back from our trip and were exhausted, but the stay refreshed us so much that we were ready for another trip and felt like spending few more days there.

I am judging taking into consideration the help extended during stay at Cochin. Staff was courteous, however, at some sense rigid also. Hotel is too far from airport and charges to reach there from taxi took Rs.600 which leads to higher bill.

Service boys didnÂ’t understand language. The hotel tap didnÂ’t have hot water, slight worm water was referred to as hot water. Surprising that in a 4 star hotel they bring hot water buckets.
