Am I happy about staying in this hotel? Yes, yes, yes. Will I be staying in this hotel again? A big yes, yes, yes. The hotel was excellent. The service was great. The staff was very honest, friendly and cooperative. I have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was also clean. The cars which the hotel provided for sightseeing were well maintained. The drivers were very polite and courteous. In fact my experience at staying the hotel was so good that I actually wanted to stay there for more days. The food at the restaurant was awesome. The people working at the hotel made a big difference. I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again and I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Hotel rooms and services were excellent. Staff friendly and obliging. The cleanliness in some of the public areas was less than the standard of the rooms - eg dusty halls and stairways.

Room was rather tacky - no trash can. No room service before 7 am, not even morning tea. Nice people. OK food.

The room they allotted was far from satisfactory with a dirty store room with no door to it. The bathroom ceiling was moist due to seepage from higher floor. Hot water was not there in the morning. The chap at the reception named Azam was not at all cordial.

Front office / reception: ok, just ok, a couple of them were fine but it takes just one rotten apple! Rooms: very mediocre, shabby furniture, TV table was nearly falling off. Washroom: not clean - the door was so dirty on the inside with black marks all over, not been cleaned for a very long time. Fixtures - dripping sink tap, not a good experience. Restaurant: excellent! - awesome food – I would visit this place "balle balle" for food again - but not to stay in one of those rooms! Wi-Fi: officially available was of no use and did not get any data transfer. As good as no Wi-Fi - may be on that day. Corridors: did not smell very fresh! Can definitely get a freshen-up treatment.

The regular room was horrible. The bathroom was really dirty. This is my worst ever hotel stay. I am not sure about the AC rooms. The regular rooms are a complete NO-NO!

Charges of room not up to mark by looking facilities. After reminding water supply was not proper in bathroom. Basin bulb was fused, not corrected even after reminding.

The rooms we stayed in had nothing working including flush false ceiling falling in room. There was no hot water no soap lininG was dirty and hotel staff was most uncooperative.
