Experience with Leela , Goa has been so good that we now plan to explore their other destinations. Probably our vacation would not have turned out to be so satisfying if not for the Leela. Staff was extremely cordial and knew what they were doing. Services at the hotel room, spa, food section was just perfect. Absolutely nothing to find fault with. The way they take care of their guests make them get back sooner than they actually would have thought of. Place does complete justice to the name VACATION. One experience to be remembered for lifetime and we look forward to avail more of their services in future. Thanks to the whole team of The Leela , Goa.

The hotel was lovely and the staff i found very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the location being one hour from the airport and not within walking distance of anything else. Good thing you really didn't have to leave because they had everything there including a wonderful Italian restaurant.

The hotel was beautiful and sprawling. We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was good and the rooms were spacious and well decorated. Overall experience was great and we would certainly like to come back next time. And also recommend it to others. The only thing that was inconvenient was the location. It was far from the main area that is Panjim.

Great ambience and hospitality, but cut off from the mainstream Goan life and culture. It has less dining options. There weren't many good places close by and the good restaurants in the hotel were closed. A little heads up on this would have been helpful. Not a kind of Hotel to be recommended for the tourists looking for genuine Goan experience.

It takes them 15 minutes to send a buggy (electric car) to transport us from our room. They took one hour to send a fruit knife.

Great hotel. Something they can improve upon is keeping the beach clean, putting some beach side shacks/resting umbrellas with pool side chairs.
