Very warm feeling at the reception and enterence. Staff very cortious, well mannered and helpful. It was a delight staying in THE LALIT.....

I have been using hotel Lalit many times when I visit Delhi and it is the best.

Location is excellent, room is just like any other 5 star but could have been a bit bigger, service was good except calls sometimes to the Reception were not answered in time. Overall a good property and recommended .

Good hotel. It's a bit expensive, but we are satisfied. Front desk was responsive and met all our needs. Overall satisfied.

Overall I had a good stay at The Lalit - the doormen, the bellmen, the housekeeping, instant service, the restaurant staff (24/7 and Chinese Restaurant), security were all excellent, gracious, friendly, welcoming and efficient. But the front desk was appalling and sadly they let the whole hotel down. They were unfriendly, inefficient, incapable of multi-tasking, and somehow for check in and check out (I stayed there twice during my trip) they were not able to complete the transactions quickly, in fact it was the slowest check in and check out that I experienced in my whole trip in India, which is surprising for a hotel of that level. This is the only shame about the hotel. Otherwise, I loved my stay there, and the rooms, pool and shopping arcade are excellent too.
