The Kings Sanctuary Overview - Nagarholae The Kings Sanctuary is an eco-friendly resort offering luxurious accommodation in an unspoilt natural environment. The hotel is set in the midst of 34 acres of mango orchards and lush lawns with the Nagarholae Tiger Reserve, a part of the Rajiv Gandhi National Park, in its periphery.

Rooms
The Kings Sanctuary has 24 air conditioned luxury suites and cottages in the resort. The accommodation features a mix of adobe - style cottages and lake facing lagoon suites. Each spacious cottage and suite has a living room and an air-conditioned bedroom tastefully decorated using renewable resources like cane, weeds and banana fibre. The Cottages are flanked by a veranda, arranged around a central courtyard. The lagoon facing suites face the 6 acre lake and stand pretty beneath the mango trees.

Dining
The resort has a beautiful restaurant open from the sides with a menu culled from a cultural heritage that straddles the best of Indian and Mysore cuisine. There's Chinese and Continental here as well. In addition, resort has a well stocked bar.

The resort boasts of a conference hall equipped with audiovisual facilities and a pool side deck for private parties caters to companies planning off-site meetings, training programs or just a senior management retreat. The various services offered here are white board, pointer, flip chart board, screen, LCD, slide projector, OH projector, television, VCR etc. Other facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, wide range of activities for both adults and children including the jungle safaris into the National Park accompanied by wild life experts, other indoor and outdoor games, excursions, group activities, bird watching and safaris.
