The hotel is located on Utorda Beach, a tranquil, quiet, wonderful, beachfront setting. The grounds are extremely well maintained with a large, multi-level pool area.

Very good value for the money. The staff was very friendly but they need a little bit more training in the restaurant. All together the 4D/3D package was a very good choice.

I really enjoyed the stay and it was a great hotel, just spoiled by 2 things - 1. The mini bar was not filled at all during the stay 2. The hotel is very noisy - you can hear other guests in the corridor and in their rooms so it hard to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very well positioned and had very good facilities, including the spa, which had a wide range of offerings.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were good, only the food quality was not good and they did not have much variety as well. Location was good. It is given on the site that there are many children play activities there, but in reality there were not much.

The ambience, location and service of hotel are good. However tariff charged seems to be on higher side i.e. Rs. 6000 per day. Should have between Rs. 4000-5000 range. Otherwise everything is quite satisfactory.

This hotel has extensive building work going on and work started at 7 am most days. Pool & Jacuzzi were not usable except for the final day.

We had an awful experience with the management of the hotel. When we arrived there was a conference with many young, drunk, single men who were disruptive. We wanted to leave the next day and were told by the manager that the party would leave at 2 pm. We decided to stay, only to find out that they were still there in the evening. We weren't able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel because they were leering at the women in our group. When we got upset with the management for lying to us we were told that we were imagining the leering and that the disruptions such as the loud noise and the drunk men knocking on our door were to be expected. The managers, particularly the GM a Mr. Singh were chauvinists of the highest order and we found them incredibly insulting. This was the third phase of our honeymoon and we didn't have any complaints of the establishments of the first two phases. However, I would really advise all couples and women to avoid this hotel.
