The hotel stay was a wonderful experience. It Is located centrally at Mt.Abu with the best view, landscape and yet so calm and peaceful. Food was also good, it is considered the best in food at Mt.Abu. A refreshing break from the city monotony. Definately recommended

Hotel staff were really helpful. My daughter was not well and they helped us a lot through room service or our requested food choices. Great location. Liked it!

The hotel is an old property so not much can be expected. Traveller should remember that if they are booking standard cottages, they will get the rooms 100 meter below the hill and their view is extremely poor. This is not mentioned while you book your room so itÂ’s worth calling makemytrip or hotel to confirm. Otherwise, I believe the hotel is good and worth its value due to its unique location. The service was average but the entire hotel staff was very friendly people. It is best to have a car with you while you are at this hotel because it is located at a cliff and to reach there by foot is difficult. Be ready to pay Rs. 50 for a jeep drive from the market to reach back to the hotel. The dining hall is located little below the rooms but have mystic views. Overall, I feel it's a great place provided you have come for great views, and not great facilities.

Here is my review: Location of the hotel: Great, I would say it situated in the right place and the view is great. Condition of the hotel: OK maintenance, but not all that great. Standard of the room: Pathetic. Sheets were stained, and when we politely requested the reception he was arrogant, not interested and dont care kind. Towels were not clean. Shower blinds were dirty. AC not working and we had to sleep without AC? I dont understand why should I pay for AC room when AC didn't work. Room was tiny and all these for Rs.3500 is a rip-off Environment: At night, 10PM to 1:30AM was the most worrisome time. Some Gujju gang had occupied rooms next to us. They partied in the corridor, not inside their room till 1:30AM, creating havoc, shouting loud. Nobody at the hotel bothered to stop these drunkards. Thanks to the rain, they all went in and then we had peaceful night. Corridor was littered with food and nobody cleaned it even at 8 in the morning when we happened to checkout.

We stayed at the Royal Suite and I must say its worth every ruppee. The view you get and the privacy is what you might want. Food was good and the service too. The only thing that i dint like is the maintainence of certain areas of the hotel. being heritage property its imperative for the management to keep evey knook and corner well maintained.

I did not like the hotel at all except that it is located very well on the top and one can have a view of the entire city from the top. Other than location, services, F&B rates are way too high for what they offered. I would rather prefer staying at Chacha inn and Hilltone.

If you don't know Jaipur House, you don't know Mount Abu. Best location in Abu. Beautifully designed and very well maintained rooms. Gives you the feeling of Royal Stay of Palace. Amazing view of Nakki Lake from room. In fact you get the bird's eye view of entire Mount Abu. Spacious garden adds to the luxurious feel. We have been to Mount Abu many times, but stay at The Jaipur House made us realise what we were missing in Abu all these years. It is our first recommendation for stay in Abu, be it with your partner on a romantic trip or family tour.
