The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there's no mini fridge. The buffet is really good and worth the money. So is breakfast. They say breakfast is 7am but unfortunately it is NOT ready before 7.15am. It is important to be on time if we have to leave the hotel to take an early train or plane. I would certainly stay in that hotel if I returned to Cochin. The restaurant staff are friendly, helpful and competent.
