Our stay and experience has been very good in all respects. We found that the lay out and arrangement of the bath/shower area could be better to avoid the whole place becoming wet and slippery when we use the shower. Some of the beverage items a bit too expensive (a cup of coffee made with instant coffee powder at over Rs.200!

Service, condition of rooms, cleanliness and food compared to the price were not really good. The location far away from anything doesn't make things better.

Hotel is really fine, just the airport pickup is quite expensive for a hotel close to the airport.

Great Hotel with ecellent location close enough to IGI airport. Close to World Class Malls and other shopping places in Vasant Vihar. Hotel is immaculate; was recently renovated. We had breakfast and the buffet was oustanding. There were 2 of us checking in and even though I had made the reservation, the other guest was checking in earlier. Hotel Staff accomodated this without any issues whatsoever. Some bogus charge was added on for consumption from mini-bar. At time of checkout the staff corrected it without much of a problem.

I am a regular traveller and have stayed in almost all good hotels in Delhi. Also a regular at Taj. Wanted some change. Tried the Grand and indeed was a welcome change. Good ambience,courteous staff, good location....overall experience- GRAND.

I landed at 1:30 am and there was no water in the toilet. When it was started, it was very dirty. After wasting one hour, I was moved into another room which was OK. The management apologised in the morning.

It's undergoing renovation, carpets humid. The landscape of garden is fabulous.

The Grand, New Delhi is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It has world class facilities, an excellent Japenese restaurant and a state of the art spa. The staff is attentive and polite.
