The hotel is probably the best of Leh, easy to reach and in good position, staff is kind and relatively efficient, only remark it is a bit cold (coming from Delhi at 30 degree Celsius arriving in Leh at 0 degree Celsius.

This is by far the best place to be in LEH. The Hotel, staff they just rock too good. Enjoy your stay here.

Nice hotel with 'at your service' personnel. However, key elements are missings: => Internet in the room as specified (only one access for the entire hotel) => Room dining menu only on request => the staff is a bit aggressive (calling up to 5 times a day asking if you need something).
