Great hotel with excellent food and service. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay, with the little touches that make Taj properties stand out from the rest. I definitely look forward to my next visit with this hotel.

First time I booked through makemy trip to realise I have been missing good deals in life.

A very good typical Taj Hotel with familiar Taj ambience. The only negative would be the location - it did not show up on Google Maps either. The Gateway Hotel on Google Maps actually takes you to the Taj Residency!

Theh is a good business hotel located in a quiet surroundings away from heavy traffic. The lobby is a tranquil environment with pleasant aroma wafting all over as you enter the lobby. Rooms are nice, comfortably furnished with high quality of linen and toiletries. The service is quite good with pleasant manners of staff. Food is delicious and the portions are large. Swimming pool needs some looking into. When we visited the pool there was no attendant present to provide service, if required. The changing room is far from the pool and the approach to changing room is slippery due polished tiles. This is a major accident hazard especially when the legs are wet after swimming. There were no toiletries etc in changing room for post swimming shower. Needs urgent attention.

The room was good and keeping in line with the 5 star standards however the attached balcony was very filthy and they made no effort to clean it, also the patio furniture was quite pathetic and dirty as well.
