hotel is very good i have 7th times visited this hotel best location walking distance to juhu beach.

Good service. Good experience!

Felt as if I were in my home. Staffs are friendly .Enjoyed morning walk in the beach since it is very near to Juhu. Though I hesitated on booking by Internet without knowing much about the hotel,it went smoothly. It is more than what we expected

The hotel is located near the beach, which is hardly 5 min walk, and near to Santa Cruz station. The room was neat and tidy. The only thing i did not like was the fact that the ceiling was so low that if i raise my hand the fan would have chopped it off from my joint...same was with the bathroom ceiling too. The staff was polite and helping, we did bug them more than usual but they were always happy to help us out.

Not sure how they call themselves as four star as they do not qualify for a three. Tight, musty and smelly corridors.

Good location and services.

Ma Mgmt bent over backwards to help. Clean rooms internet access. Juhu rd is a + or - so busy. Shopping very expensive. Beach scene north of hotel is a must. Indians by the droves enjoying the beach quite the Atlantic-city boardwalk scene, Indian-style. Took a day tour w Mumbai Magic to see city. Ate at restaurant and was quite good.

Everything was ok, the only problem was that the room service took too long to get the order.

It was an ok hotel with good services. Room and washroom was too small. Not worth the amount I had paid. Still a decent hotel.

Good hotel. Good location. Condition & service can improve.
