Nice experience with emerald hotel. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Housekeeping can be improved. Butter Milk and Lemon Soda was a big flop. Masala Tea was good. Quality of food & beverages need improvement. Staff was co-operative and helpful.

The hotel has a pretty decent and peaceful feel,along with an instant room service.I recommend this hotel for any1 who wants a relaxing vacation.

This was a surprise gift for my sisters and their families for Raksha bhandhan we thoroughly enjoyed our trip for 3 days and The Emerald hotel was very clean and very prompt with service, the quality of food was better than other 4 star hotel there and the charges are very reasonable. Thanks Makemytrip you made our trip truly memorable.

Hotel is good in all respects except for location and view from the room. - 1. Excellent delicious food with reasonable rates. 2. Rooms are well furnished but small in size. We stayed in twin-sharing deluxe rooms. The hotel is sandwiched in between two neighboring buildings, so point blankly there is no view outside the room window. What you can see is another building just 2 feet away from your room. 3. Location is almost 7-8 kms from Devka beach. They say it is close to beach. But what they mean is, it is 2 minutes walking distance from another, a very filthy and dirty beach, not Devka beach. If you have a car then then you can travel around and see different beaches irrespective of the location of the hotel. In short the hotel is good with excellent value for money. Please note: This is not a beach side hotel and the nearest good beach "" Devka Beach"" is good 7 - 8 kms away from the hotel.

Started my journey with unsure in mind about quality & service of the hotel but overall scheme it was really good. Even the restaurant was nice in terms of decor and food. Staffs were really cordial & helpful in nature. True value for money paid.
