The staff was very helpful. It was a treat to find such great staff. The only thing we disliked was the facility to access internet at hotel. They do not have wired internet access and the wireless card did not work.

The ambience is decent. But however, road side sounds are pretty common which may pose inconvenience. Food needs to be improved and varieties of food have to be introduced. Hotel staff are neatly dressed and the service is good. Corporate superior room is spacious but the bathroom is comparatively smaller. Relatively the hotel can be preferred for a short stay. Travel to the airport is approximately one hour, however the rail station is nearer.

Hotel is good and nice. But it is too far from the airpprt.

Very small rooms and unpleasant staff. Breakfast not worth the complimentary tag. Had a foreign visitor with me, he almost freaked out seeing the breakfast and room.

Overall a nice place to stay. Service was quick and efficient. Room size is a bit small but enough for an individual/couple. Rooms are new and well maintained. Recommended overall!

Hotel needs to improve on food quality.

It is one of the worst hotel experiences, in my last 10 years of staying at different hotels, resorts and service apartments. Rooms were smelly, AC were too loud and hardly effective and front desk staff was rude and non cooperative. Please stay away. I guess it is not worth even if it is free...

The corporate double which we signed up for has two single beds. So is not ideal if you are thinking of taking your kid with you. The toilet was abysmally small. Not up to the standard of any 3* or even 2* hotel. It didn't have a proper shower area. Total area measured around 3ft x 3ft. Hotel staff were kind enough to give us a room with a king bed when requested but I would have liked them to have that understanding while we were checking in itself. Would have saved us changing rooms at midnight.

A clean elegant hotel. Well located with welcoming staff. Rooms were on the smaller side, but very neat and well equipped. The food needs improving, not much of a variety and no continental menu. Reception staff were helpful, arranged my wakeup call and taxi to the airport at 3:30 am without any fuss. A new upcoming hotel, very clean and in a good location with round the clock security. Stay was peaceful, and would not hesitate to stay here again.
