The hotel provides convenient access to most of the tourist attractions, shopping hubs and commercial centres of Delhi. Perfectly designed rooms have tea/coffee maker, DVD player and fruit basket. Washrooms have 24 hours hot & cold water.
This Hotel to my surprise has a staff which is completely unplanned and unprofessional; In spite of paying the pick-up charges, the car wasn't there on time. I was there barely a day but if it would have been more than I would have changed the hotel immediately. The rooms were unclean and had improper arrangements.

Room was very dirty, the bed sheets had a muddy shoe print on them, there was no hot water, no elevator, we had a deluxe room which was not deluxe in any way, and I have stayed in many hotels in India and this one top the list for not being worth the money. The people were nice but the hotel was poor, one good this about this was the location to the airport very close.
