The Citiotel Reviews, Pune

The hotel being in the heart of Pune city near JM road is ideal for buisness executives, and professional appearing for interview etc. for couple of days stay. Rooms were clean and tidy,room services were quite good. The breakfast offerd is free. Meals are tasty and hygienic. It was overall good stay, and I would surely love 2 be here again next time when in Pune.

Its value for money and good hotel.

A shocker of the reception. Though the room was booked for 2 adults plus a child, however, two single beds were positioned in the room. It took almost 4 hrs plus for them to rearrange the bed. Further, no information was given regarding the resturant. The service of Citi Cafe was pethetic. No supervision of items being served. Every time the so called waiters were to be approached to provide the refills. It was a horrifying experience.

Overall experience is good. But the room service is very poor.

The hotel is absolutely fine, rooms are really great with services. This is the best value for money but only disadvantage is the lane leading to the hotel is narrow.
