Air conditioning was not operational at the front desk. The room was as shown on the site and was satisfactory. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and decent 3/5. The breakfast was simply amazing with a lot of variety, both Indian and Western.

The room was excellent. Extremely comfortable stay. The hotel is recommended for people visiting for business purpose as it is located near the airport. The breakfast buffet was well balanced and sumptuous. The service needs some improvement with respect to the staff as they were having difficulty in communication.

The location of the Hotel is excellent. But very poorly maintained - The carpets are sticky and smelly. The flush was taking tons of water to clean up. This Hotel has the potential to be an excellent Hotel provided someone start doing something about it.

Hotel is visible from far away and easy to find once you reach in that area. The only problem is with the approach road. There is one way traffic and sometimes you have to move 2/3 KM extra depending on the direction of your desired destination. Rooms are well furnished with separate Sofa , Big LCD Tv, Refrigerator, Safe vault, Very clean bath room with 24 hour supply of hot water. Staff is very cooperative and english speaking. I called room service twice and with in 3/4 minutes the service fellow was there in my room. Beds and bed sheets were clean . Food quality was excellent and lot of variety was there in morning breakfast. If I happen to visit Chennai in future, I would like to stay in the same hotel again.

For the amount paid the value returned was quite good! Reception and other staff was courteous. The geyser during my stay was nonfunctional, but was made up with prompt supply of hot water in the room.
