I visited Bangalore for my business trip. Getting myself booked at "The Chancery" was best decision I made. The Hotel is really magnificent. Right from housekeeping, room service, reception, everyone was very professional. Ambiance of hotel and room was fantastic. Food served is really appealing; Try Veg Biryani, itÂ’s just out of the world. Do not forget to try fluffy omelet at your breakfast. The Chancery made my business trip feel like a Recreational one. Highly recommend to have your stay here.

Good hotel.

Very good hotel to stay as it is located in the heart of the city with easy access to all business centers, shopping areas, restaurants, multiplex, and lastly the metro. Food here is not up to the standard including the buffet. Good hotel to stay in Bangalore.

An ideal business hotel for needs.

We booked deluxe room and stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. We checked in late at 6 00 pm. Service at that time was very prompt. Room was rather better than what was shown on the website. Room was Clean, Airy, Nice View and cozy. Room Services were fast. Toilets were clean. Food was tasty, especially that one which we ordered in the room. Midnight dinner was not that great. We used Gymnasium also which was a very good experience. Juice splashes were also worth trying in the gym. Location was best. Weather was an add on. We used mini bar which is not that expensive. And the best part is you can check out late till 4 00 pm which was quite helpful for me. Only one suggestion, they need to give training to their staff. But overall it was a great value for money. Totally Recommended…

Check in/check out: the best ever experienced with all necessary staff ready with immediate answers to every query. Room: Superb with all amenities neatly and orderly placed, and the fridge amply stocked. Cleanliness of the room was amazing. Room Service: Efficient courteous and friendly. Restaurant & Meals: The dinner buffet was very filling with an amazing array of Veg and Non Veg food and the Desert counter was vast and the same goes for the buffet breakfast which had a lot of foods which are never available at other hotel buffets. Last but not the least the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and never "in your face". And another great benefit I checked in at around 11am and checked out at 4pm but was never made to feel that I was done a favor, they made sure they gave their best and made my stay most memorable. Rest assured the best offer ever from Make My Trip and am extremely grateful for this offer and rest assured whenever I am in Bangalore it will always be "The Chancery".
