The Central Tower Reviews, Chennai

The best thing about this hotel is its location which is at the center of the City. Walkable distance to Chennai Central Railway Station. Besides that, the room service is quite good and so does the food. However, improvement is required when it comes to the quality of room. Coming back to the food, they serve both Veg & Non veg food. In short this hotel is worth for money. With few corrections in the room service & other areas they can further improve their visibility.

Received good service. Food was good too.

While checking in-I was told by the hotel manager in receiption to provide Ration Card or Passport as identiy proof. The well accepted PAN card was declared as invalid document for identity. I was fortunate to carry my passport along and hence got rid of situation.
