The Central Court Hotel Reviews, Hyderabad

Friendly staff, excellent service and helping travel desk. It was pleasant stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is good and convenient for travelers. The facility upkeep(inside the rooms like bathrooms) room service, hospitality has to certainly needs to improve to get a 3 star tag. This hotel hopelessly lags in all. Our experience with room service was so lousy that we decided to eat out. Health faucets did not function, toilet rolls, towels had to be demanded. In short, there could have been a better place for the money we spent.

Nice Hotel to stay.

The hotel is located in central place. Food is good. Standard of the room is at par with a star hotel. Staff was co-operative. One observation was small (tiny) cockroaches were found roamig in room as well as in bathroom. (which was negative point). Hope they can work on this as a positive feedback.

Central court is approximately 7 Kms from the airport located in a good locality with the most important areas of Hyderabad being within easy reach except Hitec city which is some distance away. The hotel is not very large however in the compact area it packs in all neccessities including a 24 hrs coffee shop and a fairly decent lounge bar. The main lobby of the hotel is small but well done up with a capsule lift adding to the overall look. The service is quite friendly however the standard of the food in the coffee shop and the restuarant left much to be desired. The buffet breakfast that was complimentary was definetely below par though to be fair some attempt had been made to offer variety. Overall the experience was good and it surely was value for money.

All was okay except for the bathroom where the tap kept trickling. It took 20 minutes to fill the bucket. No toilet paper supplied either. General appearance of the washroom was below average.

Central Court is a good hotel. But they should not charge so much for taxi service. They have good room service and they have 2 good restaurants. The rooms are ok. The club rooms have flat tv and looks very good.
