There were many plus points of the hotel, and probably this space is too less to describe al the good points. But, briefly, the stay was very very comfortable, the ambience of the open dining place Trivoli was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had all the ammenties that you can think of. The hotel location was central and thus I could see all important places easily. Personally, for me it was a wonderful experience staying in the Capitol Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one.

The hotel was very good. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and comparable to US. Lots of amenities. The Lunch, dinner downstairs was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly with a smile always. Highlights: 1. Complimentary mineral water every day. 2. Complimentary fruits everyday 3. Complimentary breakfast. Lots of items. 4. Free internet. 5. Small fridge I am really impressed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again with family. The buffet will be expensive for some with family. Also the hotel provided the amenities in the room no need to ask the front desk every time.

The best part of the hotel is their service, standard of the hotel and the location. I am impressed by the services given by them. They have nice swimming pool and one of the best places of the hotel is their garden restaurant. It is awesome. Their dining suits and breakfast suits are also well designed and nicely structured. Another best thing is their glass paintings which are posted on wall outside every room and the massage chair which they provide in each room.

The hotel had a major electrical fault, however the staff there really impressed me with the extent and level of support. The service and responsiveness to needs was excellent. The food quality was amazing. The only thing that disturbed me was the fact that the room which they gave me, satellite tv channels was not working, and in the 2nd room, the massage chair was not working.

We only used the hotel as an overnight stop off as we had a long wait in between flights. But although the hotel was a good 45 minutes away from the airport we were all very impressed by the standard of the hotel and all it's amenities. The rooms were of a high standard, and the food in the roof terrace restaurant was excellent with a huge choice. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in the central business district of Bangalore and equidistance from major IT hubs and local transportation centers. The hotel provides a very friendly service and is a plasure to stay. Excellent food at a very affordable price. I stayed with my wife and son for three nights and could not have asked for a better price-performance option.

Although there were frequent power shortage and Wi-Fi outages, the hotel staff was very helpful and prompt. They also served excellent food.

Hotel is a ram-shackle place. Needs re-furbishment at the earliest. Staff in undoubtedly very polite but has nothing to offer as far as 4-star amenities are concerned. Food is below standard & hygiene needs to be looked into. Would have not stayed at this hotel if not for meeting schedule dat this hotel. I had broken lamps, few light fixtures not working, open wires on one lamp which started to create a foul smell at night which made wake up startled. This place has a long way to go before being considered by me again.

The hotel should seriously look at renovation. Though they have some of the best staff, only service is not good enough. The infrastructure should as per today's standards.

I have been to Capitol many a time while living in Bangalore. This was mainly for parties or meetings and sometimes dining at Trivoli - their restaurant. But the first experience of staying there for 2 nights was so horrendous that I vacated the room after the first night itself. To start off, there was no hot water in the room for the entire first day. We had an infant with us and it was impossible to register any sense of urgency with the hotel staff. Repeated calls were met with classic 'yes sir, we are fixing it, sir'. we finally had buckets of hot water brought for us. There was a large massage chair kept in the room which was an eyesore, since the thing didnÂ’t work. The carpets in the lobby were a ghastly blue which smelled. Overall very low value for money in terms of infrastructure and service. The food was the saving grace, if any. We left after one night...

I had specifically asked for a room with the massage chair, which was never provided. On all occassion, I had to call the housekeeping, at one instance, even fire at them to have my plates cleaned. The food was delicious, but the rates were exorbitant, definitely very costly. The ambience was very pleasant, but the fallback weight more than their goodness, hence i will definitely not go there again in my life, even if i were offered it for free.

Hotel food was horrible, they kept us the same breakfast every day for three days. My child and my wife fell sick because of their food. I did complain to the hotel , but what to do my holiday is screwed already.
