The location, restaurant service,and room were adequate but taxi services were nor upto the mark.

Staying in this hotel has been a fantastic experience. The hotel is very comfortable, secured, well decorated, maintained, clean and hygienic. It should be a must for all travellers since the hospitality of the hotel staff is unparalleled. The hotel ambience is such that it makes sure your travel stress is alleviated and you are very well taken care of. The hotel is situated on M.G.Road and is in a prime location for all tourists who want to shop and explore the local market around. My Cochin trip would have been incomplete without staying in this grand place and I would always recommend people to stay here. The housekeeping and room service is amazing! Am happy to have chosen this hotel.

One of the nicest hotels in cochin based on location, service, rooms. This is the 2nd time I am staying here. Both the times it was booked through you. Would love to return

Breakfast could be better

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just 500 meters walk from South railway station.The service offered by this hotel was excellent. Moreover, the staff was understanding and cooperative and thats what every customer wish for.The room service was fast, food was tasty. And since I was fasting for the ramzan season, they provided me food at 4am free of cost saying that can be adjusted with the breakfast I wont have. The room was spaceous, with good ambience. Even though the double room they mentioned was a twin room, both of the beds were of big size.Overall experience was good.

I had a long trip from my home town to this hotel and I came in really tired. The hotel staff were so good and efficient that I could check in within a minute or two and was quickly ushered into my room which was well maintained, clean and well furnished. The toilets were quiet clean but could probably use a bit more of clenliness mainly the bath tubs. All essential toiletries were provided. Snacks and minibar were good in the room. Food was better presented than tasty. But nothing to complain. The room internet service was good and fast. Restaurants were extremely well serviced and buffet 's were good. Room service was fast and great. Overall hotel I would say its a great deal for the money and would be one of my first options in the city of cochin. Its location, bang in the middle of town is another plus.
