Hotel Facilities
Conference/banquet facilities include three well-equipped halls of varying sizes. While the largest of them all, the Dynasty can accommodate up to 650 persons in theatre style and 100-120 in a U-shape arrangement, the Regency and Senator can accommodate 40 and 25 guests respectively, in a theatre style seating arrangement. While the Dynasty with its high ceilings is perfect for launch parties and conferences, the hotel also has a Board Room that serves well for private meetings of up to 10 to 15 guests. An ideal spot for holding casual parties is the Poolside Paradise, an open space besides the swimming pool. With a beautifully lit pool and the open sky offering the perfect decor, any event organized for up to a 100 guests, would find favour with all.

The Business Centre adjoining the lobby offers free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) within the Business Centre, lobby area and banquet hall besides providing facilities like photocopy and fax.

Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, beauty parlour and health club. The health club comprises a fully equipped gymnasium besides steam and sauna facilities. There is also massage centre. While the use of swimming pool and gymnasium is complimentary for guests, all other services are chargeable. The hotel also has facilities for squash and billiards, and other sports.

Room Amenities
The 100 air-conditioned rooms have resplendent decor and furnishings. Ambassador Pallava comprises 1 President Suite, 1 Duplex Suite, 6 Executive Suites, 23 Heritage rooms and 69 Executive rooms. All rooms are tastefully appointed with a cable television, telephone, tea/coffee maker, channel music, mini refrigerator, study table and equipped with modern amenities in the attached bathrooms.

Of these, the Suites enjoy luxuries like separate living rooms with additional television sets and are provided with complimentary fruit baskets and cookies. The Presidential Suite and the Duplex Suites are furnished with a dining table besides all other regular amenities. Executive Rooms and Suites differ only in room area, and come with an Executive kit.

Although all rooms and suites are well decorated, the Heritage Rooms enjoy a distinct touch that is difficult to find elsewhere in Chennai. Appointed with antique furniture, each one of the rooms has a decor different from the other, gaining a characteristic all its own. A huge wooden dressing table with full-length mirrors dominates one room while another might have an intricately carved desk. The beauty of these rooms is that no two rooms look the same and each one is a discovery in itself...

Dining
Another treat offered by the hotel is the range of dining options, which include The Society Restaurant, a multi-cuisine restaurant serving North Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian and Mexican besides Salt 'N' Pepper, a 24 hour coffee shop that serves Indian, Continental and a variety of seafood.

While guests are entertained by a live piano performance during buffet lunch (12:30 pm-3:30 pm) and a live band performance during the a la carte dinner (7:30 pm-11:30 pm) served at the restaurant, buffet breakfast and dinner are served at the coffee shop every day. Besides this, guests can also enjoy themselves at The Society Bar, which is open from 11 am to 11 pm on all days. Room service is available round the clock and offers a variety of tasty delicacies.
