Excellent hotel with regard to location, cleanliness & buffet breakfast. I had a problem with the in-room safe which I couldn't open after putting in my valuables. The hotel staff took over 1 hour to open it. As a result of this delay I was unable to attend the function I had gone to Chennai for. Very disappointing indeed.
