Damaged insect nets, mosquito bites, some unknown insect/animal ate some portion of a fruit kept in the table, dirty screen and nets, damaged bath room door, sticky floor, fully closed restaurant with AC purposely turned off, hiked prices of restaurant foods, hotel employee asking for a new job to hotel customers, WORST HOTEL

The hotel's location is not satisfactory. The rooms are all smelly and congested. Not a good value for the money charged. Even the restaurant and room service is poor.

It is a good hotel with good staff. They made arrangement for my Kerala trip perfectly. It was good to stay in the hotel as the staffs were too good. Only thing is we do have to ask them for cleaning the room but that is not an issue, once we ask them they will clean it immediately. Need to get some mosquito repellent for NON AC rooms as they are in plenty ! :-)

The location of the hotel is not good and as the hotel appears from outside it is totally different from inside. The facilities which were mentioned were totally not available. Too much costly compared to other hotels.
