It was very good, recommended for people who really like to stay, away from city area, peaceful with wonderful location's, cooperative staff. Highly recommended

Staff: The hotel staff is really good and courteous. Location: The hotel is 8km away from main city but it's on the main road(Munnar to Kochi road). The view around hotel is quite scenic. Parking: 15-20 cars can be parked but in open space They have caromboard, and fuzzball to play in club room. Food: Breakfast is good buffet. Dinner is ok.

The hotel is around 15 km from Munnar center, so if you are hiring a taxi they will charge around 300 extra to go till this point. The view from the resort is good and the staff is very pleasant. As expected the house keeping staff struggled a bit with English and if you are North Indian you are in for a little bit of hard time. It is better if you arrange for travel through the resort itself as the charges are pretty standard in Munnar and very little scope for any bargain. The reception staff is very cordial and very very helpful. The food is excellent. They do not provide the indoor slippers nor they do have a doormat at the bathroom which was a mild irritation. The charges are a little bit on the higher side or shall I say you expect more when you pay 3600 per day. However, all in all it was a good experience and I rate it 7 out of 10.

I got the room in 8th floor. The valley view from room is the best compared to all places that I visited. Wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Room service is excellent.

Decent location, just enough large room with all basic amenities. DonÂ’t expect to have luxuries. Just one year old hotel. Menu food is not there but buffet is really good.

Really wonderful location. Thrilling experience. Staff cooperation is so nice. Bioactive room should be developed.
