Tarangi Resort is located in Ramnagar. Ramnagar lies ensconced by mountains, jungles and the beautiful river Kosi at the foot of the Himalayas adjacent to the world famous Corbett National Park and Tiger reservoir, near Nainital hill station in Uttarakhand state in India.

Tarangi Resort is a beautiful eco-friendly property located in Ramnagar near Corbett National Park. The resort enjoys a scenic setting beside the river Kosi, and provides guests with exquisite accommodation in the peace and quiet of nature.

Hotel Facilities
Tarangi Resort has a Yoga and Meditation room where guests can participate in Yoga classes conducted by experts. The resort also has a Spa with various types of therapies, including: Panchakarma therapy, aroma therapy, weight reduction therapy, stress relieving therapy, body scrubs, pedicure, manicure, facial, body masks, as well as Ayurvedic massages. The spa also has a steam room, chill bath, sauna, and a natural Jacuzzi.

Tarangi Resort boasts of a large amphitheatre as well as an atrium on the premises, perfect for cultural programmes, get-togethers, and conferences. Other facilities include: swimming pool adjoining the Kosi River, broadband internet surfing at the office, Wi-Fi internet connectivity with laptop (on request), a well stocked library, 24 hours check in facility, housekeeping, unique collections of drift wood display, and a 5 km jogging / walking track that runs through 15 acres of lush-green landscape. The resort, located near Corbett National Park, also offers exciting many safaris and other wildlife activities.

Please note: It is always advisable to book safaris prior to arrival, especially during weekends as there are only 60 vehicles allowed inside the National Park at a time. Depending on the no. of guests, the estimated cost of safari vehicles will be between Rs 2600- Rs 3000. Guests can directly contact the hotels and book their safaris.

If you require the hotel to book a jungle safari for you, please provide details of all guests (Guest name / ID number (Passport / Driving License / Pan Card) / Age / Nationality) at the time of hotel booking to facilitate timely booking of the safari.

Room Amenities
Tarangi Resort has 21 pretty and well-furnished air-conditioned cottages nestled in 13 acres of beautiful countryside. Cottages are available in three types: River View, Mountain View and Garden. All decor and furniture in each room has been crafted with eco-friendly natural wood by local carpenters. You will find plenty of natural light and air in and around the cottages. Each cottage provides you privacy and luxury in perfect ambience. Modern bath fittings, hot and cold shower, luxurious mattresses, elegant furniture and telephone connection are available in all rooms. Our dedicated staffs maintain the cottages immaculately clean.

Note: There is no television at the resort.

Tarangi Resort serves a range of home cooked Indian, Pacific, South European, and Oriental vegetarian delicacies are served by smart attendants. Almost all vegetables are organically grown in the vegetable gardens of Tarangi Resort.
