The room was beautifully arranged. Size of the room and the bathroom was big enough. Very comfortable stay. Efficient room service. Overall satisfaction.

Great place to stay for a short stay. Room service can definitely improve a lot.

Hotel was good, clean. However, desk staff need to answer customers queries well and get back as soon as possible. They keep saying 2 minutes and never get back.

The hotel has become a little older. The rooms are though equipped with the necessities are old and smelling. Electric fittings are not proper and require review. Food is average and major concern is non-vegetarian served for in-room dining. Most of the stuff is stored and not sounding good and of course a little stale. But complimentary breakfast is good. Linen is ok but pillows are due for replacement. Some of them are smelling odd. The major concern is mosquitoes and pests in the washroom. Bathtubs are very old and toiletries are inadequate for its star status. But people working in the property are good and helpful.

We had warm well come in reception, and for our surprise they upgraded our rooms. Room was specious and also we enjoyed buffet and snacks at the hotel. It is not Taj Tristar, it is Taj Fivestar!!

The accommodation is really good. But the room size is small, they are compressing lot of things in a room.
