What a nice hotel with beautiful grounds and good clean swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. I took a trip to Ajnta and did not realise with in the payment to hotel this did not include a guide so when i got there i was harassed and ended with a guide who did not show me all the caves so missed out on the Buddha cave. i was so disappointed and very upset as only realised this when i came down and brought post cards and saw a picture of the Buddha laying down. no one explained that they would just drive me there and left me to sort the rest out. the next day i went to alura caves and this was fantastic. the hotel organised a guide and he was a fantastic expert on all caves and even explaind things i missed out on in Anjuna. thanks for that. some staff are over the top and need to be more confident and relaxed and not trying to do too much. i stayed at he JW Marriott in Mumbai and the staff there are confident and so well groomed and you can hold a interesting conversation with them

The gardens and the pool are magnificent. The exterior of the hotel is very nice, but the rooms need updating. My bed had a foam mattress and an old lumpy pillow! Not the standard I expected. Security is over the top, and it's nearly impossible for any visitor to come in. The management should focus on responding to guests.
