Setting standards par exellence. Too good. Keep it up Taj.

There is a saying- "Everybody wanted to go Heaven but nobody wanted to die" Am an exception to the above one. I had experienced the heaven without dying by entering into TAJ PALACE. In my Opinion it is the 8th wonder of the world.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for two nights. Good location, excellent service, great restaurants, highly recommend breakfast buffet. The only two negative experiences we had were a)the room's air conditioning - too cold and the controls did not work well - we had to either leave it on (too cold) or off (too stuffy), and b) frequent power outages during the day time and it took a minute or two for the backup power to kick in - very annoying. The hotel is undergoing renovation and some rooms - such as ours - were noisy in the daytime. They had an open offer to move guests to another room, but once you are settled in one room, it is a hassle to move, so you end up putting up with the noise - not a good way to care for your marquee customers.

You can't go wrong with the Taj Group of Hotels.
