Entrance of the hotel is little turn-off. Otherwise reception area is quite laminated and spacious.

Placed in the center of Brigade road. Well connected with Metro and Bus service. Very Nice place to stay.

hotel is nice and the hotel service is satisfactory.

Apart from the Wi-Fi service everything else was bad. Very noisy, bad attitude of the hotel staff, no breakfast served even though it was included. Cannot be inside the room from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM due to the big noise from the pub below.

I did not had a plesant stay. The room condition was very poor.

The location is amazing as brigade road is one of the busiest in Bangalore. Hotel staff was co-operative and room was clean and tidy. The hotel has a free WI FI which is the biggest plus point and I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor.

The information desk at the hotel is not far welcoming . Even at the last minute of my trip they hotel failed to give me an answer on confirmation . I was supposed to have a room in silver studio as per the booking and payment i made through the agent . But the answer I received from the hotel desk was not that satisfactory which they said the room is totally full for the day and cannot assure any guarantee on booking . The response also that I received while re-confirming the booking was also not appreciated . All in all i was forced to cancel my trip for this .

Hotel was supposed to be a three star hotel but the service they provided was not equal to the budget hotel. I asked for the towel and I never got it during my whole stay. I came to my room around 10:15 pm in night and read that room service works till 11pm so I called room service at 10:45 pm to give me water bottle for night. The reply I got was the service is closed. I was not even asking to prepare something for me it was just a bottle of packed water what is the meaning of closed in that. I called reception twice for the same each time they told yes sir but water never reached to my room so, finally I decided to go and get myself. I went to the reception and told them that I called for water bottle and in next one minute they gave me water bottle which means it was always there but they were too lazy to come and hand me over that. What sort of hotel behaves in this way??? I am certain not a three start one. Room had switches broken in bathroom all taps were malfunctioning.

Hi, I'm very disappointed with the room condition. I booked for the catogery Studio Silver but when i check in time the room was not vacant, so they provided Room studio Gold, Which is higher category room than I booked, but it was very old room, air condiotioner was poor. i think that it was low category room, so I told them room is not good, wanna change to the room which i booked, but the reply was like this; ' room is not vacanted yet you have to continue with the same room.

The hotel location is a major plus point, its smack in the middle of brigade road. If you are travelling alone and want a cheap stay then this hotel is for you. Its just above a night club so expect a lot of noise till late night. They have free wifi service which is a plus. Room will be quite small and dont expect 24hr warm water. For me it was worth it coz i cud just go down and eat and shop anywhere on Brigade road. I suggest for breakfast go down for a cup of coffee and cookies at CCD or go to Mc Ds across the road which opens at 7am. Rest of the meals you can have anything you like on the brigade road. All in all a good hotel if u need it only to sleep.
