Excellent modern appointed room, with mood and spot lights, picture on the wall, tea coffe maker in rooms, adequte water supply & electronic safe. To top it all beautifully laid healthy breakfast and buffet lunch and dinner from innovative Chefs really chosen well by Jindal Hotels Ltd. Beautifully arranged flowers in lobby and corners were a sheer delight. Airport drop was bonus. Hotel already recommended to friends and companies in Baroda.

We never got hot water by turning the tap on. It took us more than 10 minutes to get lukewarm water after wasting a lot of water by letting the water run. The locks on door to bathroom were broken. The room looked overused and not maintained. On the other hand the housekeeping, room service, laundry and ironing services were efficient and fast. Azure restaurant was good at breakfast and dinner times.

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive, and keenly listened to many suggestions I made. In fact, my train from Baroda was at 9.45 pm, so the hotel invited me to come back in the evening to freshen up and rest for a couple of hours, and even offered me an excellent dinner of my choice on the house.
