Best hotel, exact location.

Great location and good ambiance. Very friendly and professional staffs. The rooms were excellent, will definitely recommend.

I booked a hotel in Kolkata trusting 100% in Makemytrip "Super Saver 5 stat Hotel" and it was the best decision. Hotel was The Chrome in the center of the city. Excellent rooms, super friendly staff and good food. Very good deal.

Its a good hotel. However, needs improvement in services.

The checkout at the counter really took long even though I have advised the front office team almost half an hour earlier. It took another half an hour at the Front Office. Further the Breakfast could be better. The overall room cleanliness and facilities were good.

The hotelÂ’s location is excellent, staff is great and free Wi-Fi is also available. You normally don't need anything more as a business traveller. I stayed there for a week and will strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was a bit average and the food was slightly overpriced.

The hotel and the services were good. Breakfast could have been better. While checking out more than 15 minutes of mine was wasted as they found one glass less in the room and I had a flight to catch. Eventually they admitted that the mistake was on their part. In my long experience out staying in a hotel, this was the first time that they hold me for 15 minutes for just one glass.
