No continuous hot water supply, only upon request. They said hot water till 10 am, but when I came back from town at 9.45am and wanted to take a shower before checking out, no hot water was available.

Sun Hotel was clean and the rooms were adequate. The food was also good. The distance to the river was much further than we believed based on the description, and the noise from the street and Ashram across the street made sleep challenging. The price was also a bit high for what was worthy of 3 stars (not 4). That said, I would recommend this hotel to a friend, it was overall a good experience.

Probably lousiest service ever seen. Definitely not worth the money asked for. I guess they need to be told about the 'Premium' room standards.

The Hotel Sun, in my opinion, attracts the tourist of the India to come to Haridwar and having a pleasant stay in this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very nice but the air conditioner in my room stopped working in the middle of the night. Also, the television in my room did not work. The towels were stained and dirty as well.

Good hotel in heart of city. If you have your own vehicle do not go there. Best for people hiring travel cars as hotel is located in narrow lanes. Good food & clean.
