Very bad rooms in the old section and just about average in the new section. Very poor housekeeping services.

The Deluxe suite was charged at Rs. 12,000/- for 2 nights. and the room was in such a stinky and pathetic condition, that we had to request the manager many times to change our room. The were bed bugs in the bed, not one or two but in hundreds. Very poor maintenance. I had to shout at the manager before they changed the room on the 2nd day. Because of this experience, our total trip was not a happy one. I regret, booking Sterling Munnar.

Overall good experience. View from hotel great. Hospitality great. Travel from Munnar city to hotel 20kms is a bit tiring.
