Very poorly maintained hotel, far from the place

No co-operation received from the hotel. Food is too costly. No transportation facility provided by the hotel. No choice of rooms was asked for & rooms were allocated in opposite direction in spite of two months advance booking.

The hotel is good for family outing. It would be much better, had the approach roads are rebuilt. Overall a good hotel to stay in and enjoy the leisure time.

The hotel is located in a secluded place around 7kms from Puri town. The outlook and landscaping/garden are quite good. However the service of the hotel is terrible. It namely has two departments i.e. Room Service and Housekeeping. Both the ""departments"" are lethargic and always say ""yes sir, it will be done immediately"". However after a follow back call they say that as the request does not fall in their ""department"" we need to call other department. Sometimes both the departments out do each other particularly when ordering for mineral water. Both of them send bottles of mineral water after two hours of request. Housekeeping does not clear tables which are laid by room service and vice versa.
