Good.

Mixed feelings.

Location-excellent, poorly maintained garden, rear room overlooks the dustbin, room service-very slow. Staff-good, food-good. Overall, not upto Sterling standard.

The hotel's outlook is good and the rooms were neat and clean. However there is no spontaneous and friendly service one expects from a resort. Local siteseeing knowledge is very minimal with the staff. Food was OK. Facility for adventure sports are available but is not shared by the staff. You are expected to ask for every thing. The staff seems to be from other states, and bit of training on customer handling is definitely needed.

The staff were very polite and courteous. The time taken for serving of the food orders was little higher but understandable considering the minimum time taken for preparation of the food...The quality of the food was good...

Poor readiness, pathetic ambiance and even pathetic room service. Cannot be recommended to anyone who is going to Yelagiri.

Phone/TV-Not working at all, number of overheads were charged including electricity and many taxes.

I have not used the hotel, so I just gave neutral rating.

The hotel was good value for money. But the rooms need wardrobe.
