Nice place to stay. Food is expensive and the rooms are old.

We enjoyed well especially the hotel location [lake view]. The room service and the staffs in hotel treated as like one of their family. In dining, they took care of my son [8 months] and we enjoyed food. The experience was very fine.

Room service and house keeping was sub standard. Even the room condition was also bad. Overall had a very bad experience in sterling which is really annoying

The location, value for money, etc., are good. The main service which I find lacking is the room service regarding food and beverages.

The hotel room is very very average, and the toilet is dirty and ill-maintained. The geyser takes 1 hr to heat up, the toilet commode is dirty and old, wash area is pathetic, the wash basin area looks like that of a cheap lodge. The hotel looks fantastic from the outside, but the rooms are sub-standard. You've charged me an average of 6500 per night, and the hotel room is not even worth 650 rs/night.

Service was pathatic with no proper room service. Water was not good. I had a very bad experience.
