Hotel is good, but the food quality is not good, it should be better.

The Hotel is pathetic. Almost 2-3Km from main road. You will never get conveyance and the one which we call thru Hotel staff will charge very high. The condition is very poor of the rooms.

The hotel is tucked away in a back alley of Kochi. Though not very far from main shopping dist, the road to hotel is narrow and difficult to negotiate. The One Bedroom service apartment is just a regular double room partitioned off, and is quite small for a service apartment and also lacks a kitchenette. The room of course was clean and the washroom was a no frills type washroom with the basic minimum facilities and not unclean. The hotel reception staff were OK and service levels were acceptable. We did not eat there so there is no comment on the boarding facilities available. Quite OK for a value short stay for a family I think.

The hotel is located in the interiors of a residential area. But direction arrows with hotel sign board at every turn made it a bit easy to find the hotel. You need to have your own transport, or depend upon the hotel bus for commuting. Accommodation is in the form of "suites" where one/ two bed room apartments have been converted into hotel rooms. The rooms are small and the washroom very cramp. The living room has basic furniture and a television. Room service is good with food quality also good. Coffee shop seemed to be non functional.

The bathrooms were too small for a Suite. One could barely stand for a bath.

Isolated hotel, mostly unoccupied, dark and scary. Food and services are okay and people are nice. Not a star hotel type, needs to upgrade on the room technicalities. Small crowded rooms and tiny toilets. Good for group tourists not for individual holiday makers. Needs a lot of refinement before recommendation.

The hotel is spanking brand new and that is very enjoyable. All appliances end else are working great. The pool is fantastic with a view of the backwaters. The service is very warm, friendly and efficient. Orders from the kitchen do tend to take a little long, even simple tea takes 20 min to arrive, meals upto 1 hour. Prices and food is great and it saves you completely from going out. Cars have to be ordered in advance, moving other than that is a little difficult as the hotel is in the middle of a residential area. Do insist on a water view room, otherwise the view is a little dull in case you are not a coconut grove fan. The kitchenette could do with some equipment as there is literally nothing in it other than woodwork and a sink. From the reception to housekeeping and room service, the employees give you 5 star treatment!
