This is a good budget hotel located away from town. The rooms are clean and well kept. The location would be a problem if you do not have your own vehicle. Restaurant services are not great (in terms of quality or timings) and is another drawback.

It surely was a pleasant experience. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I had in fact gone for a single day with checking in on early morning and heading of at night. Even the food rates are decent.

Hotel is easy reachable from the city. It is worth for the cost. Rooms and toilet are neat and clean. 24 hrs. service. Restaurant service has to be improved.

The Hotel is very decent and more than value for the money you spent. The rooms, service are really superb. They served us the good food, we felt like homely. But the menu is limited, you get bored if you have all the three meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is 3 KM from Madikeri city so better to have own conveyance.

Hotel faces a hillock almost feels like you are in a jungle lodge. No shops nearby - so you have to travel atleast 3 km to get to shops. Good if you have your own vehicle. Would recommend if peace & quiet is your idea of an vacation.
