The Hotel is situated in a small lane. Rooms were in a bad condition.

The hotel is not easily accessible. Small parking area . Room service was good and prompt - they allowed us for a very late check out as well.That is the silver lining.

Service is taking too long time. They took more than 3 hours to provide an extra bed for which I had already paid in advance. They did not provide towels in spite of several reminders.

The hotel is in a very good location. However, proper maintenance is missing. There are insects in the room, which shows lack of maintenance. If the hotel can use its location (which is its main USP). It can surely attract more people. But they have got to ensure neatness.
