Could do better on the room service front. Also, could provide tables and chairs in the rooms. The curtains could be heavier as they fly up with the fan.

It was good except food.

Poorly located hotel,7 kilometers away from city center.

This Hotel is horrible place. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. If you are travelling with family your tour will be spoiled. The hotel cannot be located by you without the help of the hotel owner. You may have to wait for half an hour to get help from the hotel owner to take you to the hotel. The access to the hotel is so narrow and stiff gradient that you cannot come out of the hotel without the help of the hotel owner if you have luggage. The hotel is about 8-9 kms from the town and 500 mtrs down the hill from the main road. No food is available after 7PM. There is no fan, no drinking water, no chair in the room . The hotel has three extensions and these extended buildings are in a horrible place in the night. There is no proper access road. There is improper illumination. The TV does not work. There is one attendant who is not available at the time of need. You do not have any choice of food. Nothing is available nearby. If you place an order for food you will get after 2-3 hours and horrible taste with exorbitant price. There is no ventilation in the room provided to me. There is only one window which opens to the outside passage. This window cannot be kept opened due to privacy reasons. There is a security threat also. One can open the door latch from outside if the window is open. There is no cross ventilation. There is no table, cupboard, hanger, rack etc. Only one positive factor with the Hotel is that it is opened to a very good scenic beauty which can be enjoyed during day time.

Nice resort for honeymoon couples and they are providing good service. Food was good but little expensive. Overall we are happy with the accomadation and the service.

This is pretty good hotel / resort comes under the budget category. A real value for money deal for you. The management and the service staff are excellent. Food quality is also pretty good.

Hotel is nice with gud view and decent service. Specially the rooms are really good.

Please provide better food in future in dinner. We also need better indicator/signage to reach hotel.

Stayed for 3Nights. First the positives If you happen to get corner wooden Room you get great view and perhaps this may be the best feature with the place. Dealing staffs were pleasant and innocent so you can expect good smile and readiness to agree with their limited skill set and option available to them. This is not a resort but just a Home Stay and provided Middle Rating (Gold By Kerala TDC). Price wise it is not cheap if the compare the facilities,upkeep, support and even the basic amenities. You can consider House Keeping as NIL (No dusting, You need to ask for bed sheets, blankets (old with no cover), the pillows were damp and smelling, No Fans, No showers. Even basic cleaning was not done when we occupied the room and we need to ask for it and also apply yourself to remain clean. Don't expect your towels to be changed even after 3-4 days. Food served was good, on time rates were a bit higher as compared to rates applicable in average restaurants in the city, however one can consider it ok. Overall i thing one need to ignore the house keeping,price and comfort part of it to enjoy the stay provided gets the corner wooden room. You are lost if you happen to get the middle room of the 3 wooden rooms available as the same will not have even a sigle window. This was our 2nd Homestay in Kerala after Asthamudi-Allepey (Alaphuza) and the experience at both the places were almost same. One has to decide based on their experience of staying at Home Stay. We are also puzzled on great review about Spice Garden available on various internet sites as they rate these places very well.
