Surrounding was fine, bathroom sinks were below standard, wrong bills were issued for food and bev rage consumed. Staff were friendly, fridges in the room were not working on arrival. Food was below expectation.

Soul vacation is a place where you can give your soul a serene vacation. Located close to Colva beach and having quite a few restaurants around makes it a good place to stay. A beautiful clean pool, an amazing spa, beautiful coconut trees and greenery at the hotel makes it a very beautiful and scenic place to get away from your day to day hectic schedule. Add to all this a very helpful front desk and staff, and its a very nice place to stay at in South Goa - the best infact

The hotel room was comfortable and well laid out. The in room facilities included everything that the webiste claimed. However, the set-top box given was faulty. When we complained, it was replaced quickly. The cafe within the resort has a good collection and the quality of food was also good. We used the spa services for a massage, steam and jaccuzzi. Massage was good, steam was too hot and there weren't enough people in the spa to serve it well. The jaccuzzi was ok, with the water being lukewarm and the tum shallow. The pool was clean and had a number of sunbeds by the side. They also had some covered canopy beds, which could give one the privacy needed for some intimate moments. The guests in the hotel were mostly foreigners and they seemed content to just lounge by the pool and not venture out into the beach. The beach itself was within walking distance from the hotel. All in all, the infrastructure is good, but needs better services to get 5 star rating on all fronts.

The Colva Beach is just a 2 min walk from the hotel. Room service and staff were way more than excellent. Amazing ambience, spa, jacuzi pool and foood.

Hotel was under renovation, was not informed before, wanted to move out but they would not refund the money.

Very bad experience as the treatment of the hotel GM itself very rude. hotel was under maintenance . Very poor service . Not even ready to accept that. finally left the hotel in 1 day.

Very good location where you have the beach just behind the hotel. Since we were there in the off season, the complimentary breakfast was not upto the mark. There were hardly any people. Rooms are well kept and tidy. There was work going on in the swimming pool to cater to the peak season starting Oct to Mar. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing they don't have flat screen TVs but have the huge 29 inch TVs which seems to occupy half the space in the room.

The room was decent and services are good.
