Positives: - The location of the hotel was close to Balewadi where i intended to go every day. - The employees were very courteous and warm. They were extremely respectful and we enjoyed interacting with them. - The price is a value for money - Room service was good and the beds/towels were neat and tidy - Food prepared by them was good. Improvements: - The room did not contain a microwave, fridge, utensils and a gas connection as advertised by them. I booked a service apartment instead of a hotel bcos i had a 1 year old kid and a kitchen was essential. But i had to ask them multiple times to get hold of a gas connection, limited vessels and a fridge (came after 2 days). Microwave was never there. - So if you are planning your trip assuming the above, please talk to the personnel well in advance and stress on the need for these items. If not you might not have them when you enter. Overall, i would recommend this apartment if you are not particular about cooking in the room.

Everything is good about the hotel except the location. ItÂ’s away from city. The staff is very good.

Hotel is little away from the city; taken a little extra time to reach and locate it (even many local taxi drivers are not aware of its location. Staff are very courteous and room condition is very good. My wife and kids have really liked it. My kids got their first chance to play table tennis here! Got only ‘Paratha’ and bread butter as part of complementary breakfast (no much choice).

Service was nice. Hotel had WIFI connection but location is not so nice. Though linen and towels were clean general cleanliness was below average. Service was nice and staff polite.

It's a brand new facility next door to the IT Park in Hinjewadi, Pune. The Infosys, Cognizant, I2IT, Symbiosis, Wipro, etc. are within walking distance. Car parking is also available. The location is inside a housing society and hence safe. The rooms are spacious with a double bed, bath, sitting area, wardrobe, kitchenette, refrigerator, a/c and LCD TV. The breakfast is included in the room rent and they provide dinner. The food is excellent. All other facilities like ATMs, restaurants, petrol pump, Domino's and McDonald's etc are within 100 mtrs. You have to go to Pune City (about 10 kms) for shopping malls or multiplexes, but if one is on a business trip, this hardly matters. In short it's almost a 3 Star experience at no star prices. The only problem faced was the contact numbers provided were not working. But then MakeMyTrip helped resolve the issue promptly.

The room was very clean and cosy. It's a good budget place with no strings attached. This will be definitely my choice for all future trips to pune.

It's a great place to stay home away from home. Service is awesome. We had no clue how to reach the hotel and the management was in constant touch with me and also sent a person to pick up. Great value for money.

It is good and the amenities were also good and room ambience is too good. Totally, it is worth for my money.
