Worst.

I think hardly there must be 10% occupancy. Ver bad experience. Swimming pool was full of frogs. Two nights stayed in the hotel was a nightmare. Even the romm could not get locked from inside.

The Solitaire Exotica Hotel in Coorg was a good place to stay. It is bit isolated from the Coorg city, but once you go there, it is a fine place to stay. We went during Saraswathi Puja Holidays, hence the resort was fully booked. The room and food was good. Overall the stay was pleasant. Some suggestions for improvement are - there were not enough sign boards once we reach coorg, it would be good to have a few more sign / direction boards leading to Solitaire Exotica. The Children's play area could be made a bit more neat and clean and attractive. It would be good to have indoor/Outdoor games like Table Tennis, Carrom, Badmiton, as thsi would help us, especially children, to stay engaged. Overall the resort is good and their service is good.

DonÂ’t get fooled by the word Exotica .No good lawn to relax. Name sake children play area. Room is big but smelly & not clean. Telephone not functional, fan and light line at fault not bothered to repair it. Food not worth it i pity north Indians. No place to roam around nearby .Only solace swimming pool only .Desperately escaped from there without the so called complimentary breakfast. Try once but donÂ’t recommend.

Overall it is an excellent experience.

The property was good, but services, maintenance & food was pathetic. The only good part of the resort was swimming pool. The location of the resort is remote and there is no signal of Vodafone or Airtel and to top it all the intercom of the hotel does not work. You need to follow up for the complimentary things promised on the package. Food is pathetic and time taken to provide food is very long. On the whole not a good experience and would not recommend the Resort.

Good things first.. The property is relatively new. Location, even though little far from Madikeri, is calm and beautiful with well-planned facilities. Have a pool which is OK. Food quality is good. Coming to the Unsatisfactory part.. I had booked deluxe room. Against the advertised facilities, the room does not have Tea/Coffee Maker, Daily Newspaper, Telephone, Mini bar, Bathroom Toiletries & WiFi Internet. We had to ask thrice for a soap! No EPABX system to call the Room service and whenever we wanted something, we had to search for the staff by going out of the room. The staffs were helpful and were providing good food and service, the Hotel lacks professional management. In short, it is well made facility which is totally mismanaged...

I made the bookings more than a month back, but when I reached it was told that the rooms are not available. None of the managers or responsible staff were present at that time to take care of the situation. They tried to accommodate us in another property which looked not more than a dormitory. These people tend to over book the hotel and then shift us to another low cost options on reaching. Worst experience you would ever have.

Extremely happy with the promptness and service of the resort.

The tariff seems to be little costlier. The food was really awesome and the room service was good.
